Tharwa Ventures was founded to close a gap we saw across the UAE and MENA market: ambitious founders, families and institutions forced to stitch together strategic advisors, accountants and auditors who never spoke to one another.

We brought those disciplines under a single, accountable roof. Today we advise on capital raises and acquisitions while keeping the books that prove the strategy — giving clients one team that understands both the ambition and the numbers behind it.
